Muchos psico\u0301logos coinciden en la validez de esta regla ya que al escribir las acciones, metas y planes se crea un compromiso mayor para llegar al objetivo. Escribir los propo\u0301sitos es poderoso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;\">Segundo, delimitar objetivos realistas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;\">Para lograr las metas es necesario fijar objetivos por cada propo\u0301sito con actividades realizables. Mientras ma\u0301s detallado sea el objetivo, mejor.<br>M de &#8216;measurable&#8217; o medible. Para que un objetivo sea real debe haber forma de medir que efectivamente se ha logrado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;\">A de &#8216;achievable&#8217; o alcanzable. Para hacer alcanzable un objetivo se necesita un previo ana\u0301lisis de lo que la persona ha hecho y logrado hasta el momento.<br>R de &#8216;realistic&#8217; o realista. Para que un objetivo sea realista, la persona debe ser consciente de los recursos que tiene para lograrlo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;\">T de &#8216;time&#8217; o tiempo. Agendar y ponerle tiempo al objetivo permitira\u0301 descubrir si lo que se esta\u0301 haciendo es lo o\u0301ptimo para para llegar a la meta en el tiempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;\">Tercero tener un plan para hacerlo realidad<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bfCua\u0301l es el mejor plan para cumplir la meta?
